When you contact us for an estimate, we will provide you with a complete proposal package that includes a detailed plan, design specifications, schedule, warranty information, and much more. At DiJulio Contracting, we DO NOT underbid jobs and try to recover costs with hidden, ambiguous extra charges throughout the project like unlicensed contractors often do. We give you our best price. But what if you change your mind on something during the project or want an upgrade? That's okay. We will work with you to revise the project and clearly communicate in advance any costs associated with the upgrade.

About the Owner

​

Scott DiJulio launched DiJulio Contracting in June of 2011. Before starting his own business, Scott spent more than eight years working as a construction manager for one of the largest production home builders in the country. During that time, he oversaw the production of several hundred homes located in communities spanning from Annapolis, MD to Manassas, VA. Prior to moving to the Northern Virginia area in 2003, Scott worked for a custom home builder in Seattle, WA, where he produced detailed budget estimates and cost analysis for each project. A Seattle native, Scott is a proud alumnus of the University of Washington where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Scott lives in Northern Virginia with his wife (also a University of Washington Husky) and their son.
